All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display colors and materials accurately. However, variations may occur due to device screens and lighting.

 

3. Custom Made-to-Order 

Custom orders are subject to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

Clients are responsible for:

 

  • Providing accurate measurements

  • Approving final specifications

Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled except as provided under our Refund Policy.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.

NEDOIR reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing at any time

  • Cancel orders in cases of pricing errors

  • Refuse suspicious or fraudulent transactions

 

Payment must be completed in full before shipment or service activation.

 

5. Private Access & Membership

Private Access services are governed by:

 

  • The Refund Policy

  • Specific membership terms where applicable

Access is considered activated once any service, event, consultation, or wardrobe credit has been used.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:


NEDOIR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Event attendance

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific product or service.

 

8. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.


NEDOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Any dispute arising from the use of this website or services shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
