Shipping
Complimentary Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, including Made-to-Order (MTO) pieces.
No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time

Ready-to-wear items: processed within 1–3 business days

Made-to-Order (MTO): production timelines vary and are indicated on the product page
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Delivery estimates vary by location:

United States: Fedex 2 days shipping

International: 5–14 business days after shipment
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
NEDOIR does not control or collect these fees.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn and unused

Tags must remain attached

Items must be returned in original packaging

Return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, personalization, and production reasons, the following are final sale:

Personalized or engraved items

Custom-made or altered pieces

Worn jewelry

Items marked “Final Sale”
Custom Made-to-Order
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, production begins and the order cannot be canceled. Refunds are not permitted once production has started.
Returns for Custom Orders
Custom-made items are eligible for return only if:

The item differs materially from the approved specifications
All other custom orders are considered final sale due to the personalized production process.
Fit & Quality Commitment
We guarantee the highest possible fit and craftsmanship according to standard custom tailoring practices and body anylises provided/
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and approving final specifications prior to production.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return

Wait for return authorization before shipping the item
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 7–10 business days

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or product adjustments, subject to availability.
Exchange requests follow the same 30-day policy.
