Refund Policy
NEDOIR Client Care
At NEDOIR, transparency and trust are fundamental to every client relationship.
This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are processed for products, custom orders, and Private Access services.
1. Ready-to-Wear Products
Refunds are available for eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items are unworn and unused

Tags remain attached

Items are returned in original packaging

Return authorization has been approved
Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
2. Custom Made-to-Order
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
After 48 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer permitted.
Custom-made items are refundable only if:

The item differs materially from the approved specifications
All other custom orders are considered final sale due to the personalized production process.
3. Private Access & Membership Refunds
NEDOIR offers a 100% refund of Private Access or membership purchases if the access remains completely unused.
Access is considered unused if:

No wardrobe credit has been redeemed
-
No consultation has been completed
-
No event has been attended
-
No services have been rendered
If the access has not been activated, the full amount paid will be refunded upon written request.
Partial Use
If any portion of the service has been used, only the unused portion may be eligible for refund, calculated based on:

Services rendered
-
Credits redeemed
-
Access activated
4. Unused Funds
Any amount paid that remains completely unused may be refunded upon written request.
Refunds apply only to the unused portion and are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Processing Time
All approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect the transaction.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may delay future purchases and access to services.
