Private Access Terms

These Private Access Terms govern participation in any NEDOIR Private Access program, membership tier, or invitation-based service.

By purchasing or activating Private Access, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Private Access

Private Access may include, depending on tier:

Wardrobe credit allocations
Private styling consultations
Event invitations
Early product access
Exclusive purchasing privileges
Personalized services

Specific benefits are outlined at the time of purchase.

Private Access is not an investment product and does not grant ownership, equity, or partnership rights in NEDOIR.

2. Activation of Access

Private Access is considered activated upon the first occurrence of any of the following:

Redemption of wardrobe credit
Attendance at an event
Completion of a private consultation
Use of any included service or benefit

Once activated, certain refund limitations may apply as described below.

3. Refund Policy for Private Access

Full Refund Eligibility

A 100% refund is available if Private Access remains completely unused.

Access is considered unused only if:

No wardrobe credit has been redeemed
No consultation has been completed
No event has been attended
No services have been rendered

If unused, a full refund of the amount paid may be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Partial Use

If any portion of the access has been used:

Refund eligibility applies only to the unused portion
The value of services rendered or credits redeemed will be deducted
Activated access may not be fully refundable

All refund determinations are made in accordance with the Refund Policy.

4. Wardrobe Credit

Wardrobe credit:

Is non-transferable
Has no cash value unless otherwise stated
Cannot be redeemed for cash once used
May not be resold or assigned

Wardrobe credit is considered used upon redemption toward a product purchase.

5. Events

Event access is subject to:

Availability
Capacity limitations
Behavioral standards

NEDOIR reserves the right to deny event access for conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

Event attendance constitutes activation of Private Access.

6. Conduct & Discretion

Private Access is designed as a curated experience.

Participants agree to:

Act respectfully toward other members and staff
Maintain discretion regarding private event environments
Refrain from disruptive or unlawful behavior

NEDOIR reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these standards.

7. Non-Transferability

Private Access memberships and privileges are:

Non-transferable
Non-assignable
Valid only for the original purchaser

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEDOIR shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Travel expenses related to events
Scheduling changes
External venue issues

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Private Access tier.

9. Modifications

NEDOIR reserves the right to:

Modify program structure
Adjust benefits
Change event formats
Update pricing

Such changes do not affect already activated benefits unless required for operational necessity.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.

Using advanced 3D body-scanning technology, we capture your full body measurements from just two simple photos. From this, we create your personalized 3D avatar, allowing us to analyze your body with precision and objectivity.

We evaluate how off-the-rack garments interact with your body —

where they work, where they fail, and why.

From there, we identify:

which silhouettes enhance your height and overall presence
how structure and softness influence posture and balance
what improvements are achieved through Made-to-Measure or Bespoke
which fabrics, weights, and constructions enhance movement and athletic proportion
